The 55,336-sf industrial building has been acquired by Saddlebrook, NJ-based Meese Inc., a plastic rotational molding business. It stands on a 2.6-acre parcel at 16404 Knott Ave.

A CB Richard Ellis team consisting of Ben Seybold and Ian Britton represented the buyer. Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley represented the seller, Santa Ana-based commercial development company Burke Development.

The countywide vacancy factor in the industrial market has shrunk to 4%, as companies continue to gobble up remaining space.
