Located at 15635 and 15655 Commerce Ln., the two buildings consist of six units and are 100% occupied by two tenants, Crunch Metals, a sheet metal fabricator, and Divetech, a manufacturer of buoyancy control devices on wet suits for scuba divers. The buyer plans to renovate the property.

David Cox of Ashwill Associates in Orange represented the buyer, while John Engh of Arrow Development in Irvine represented the seller in the transaction.
