The current space is at 100 Airport Executive Park. The new location will be in the same complex at 200 Airport Executive Park. Now Flight 9 Satellite will have all of its equipment, as well as three trucks, in the same space.
Flight 9 Satellite is a satellite link provider for the major television networks and cable stations, such as ESPN and CNN. The space allows for the addition of more equipment in the future as the need may arise.
Steven Yassky, vice president of Rockland Realty in Spring Valley was the sole broker for this deal. Rockland Realty is the exclusive leading agent for the Airport Executive Park.
