Retail and residential portions of the complex are under construction. The Safeway is slated for completion by November and the remaining retail could be complete by the first half of 2002.

The complex will eventually feature 130,000 sf of retail and restaurant space and a 390-unit apartment project. Shea is also constructing a four-level parking garage at the center of the complex to serve residents of the apartments.

San Diego-based SGPA designed the retail properties and Architect Orange of Orange designed the apartment buildings. Sacramento-based SD Deacon is the general contractor for the retail and San Diego based Wermers is in charge of the apartment community construction.
