The biggest project is now a 116,000-sf building in the Folsom Corporate Center which is located off Highway 50. It was announced as a 104,000-sf project back in October, but recently expanded the project to keep up with expected demand.
Kaiser also plans on spending more than $27 million for improvements to a three-story site off Iron Point Road, and plans to triple the size of an emergency room facility at its Sacramento Medical Center off Morse Road in South Sacramento.
Finally, Kaiser has located a potential site in the Elk Grove area for a new medical building. Details will be forthcoming when negotiations are final, says Kaiser.
