"The site we were able to land in Bothell has a lot of advantages," said Dunton of the 23,000 square-foot site in the popular North Creek area at the northern end of the high tech corridor. "It is directly across the street from a Home Depot and we've experience high volumes in similar situations with Home Depot. It also gives us the household demographic we were looking for plus excellent visibility from the highway."
Dunton and Jones also have tied up a 23,942-sf site Chehalis, WA, midway between Seattle and Portland. The site has easy access to Interstate 5 and is home to a growing residential community, says Dunton.
