Staubach Team Locks Up 2 More Staples Sites

SEATTLE-Office supply retailer Staples is planning locations in Bothell and Chehalis, according to John Dunton and Rolland Jones, retail sales specialists in the Seattle office of The Staubach Company. The duo has found nearly 20 sites for the Framingham, MA-based company during the past several years, but these two locations are definitely geared for the future.

“The site we were able to land in Bothell has a lot of advantages,” said Dunton of the 23,000 square-foot site in the popular North Creek area at the northern end of the high tech corridor. “It is directly across the street from a Home Depot and we’ve experience high volumes in similar situations with Home Depot. It also gives us the household demographic we were looking for plus excellent visibility from the highway.”
