The $4.4 million project is located at 9905 Mira Mesa Blvd. Smith Consulting Architects designed the multi-tenant, Class A office building for the developer, Monarch at Scripps Ranch LLC.
The three-story, steel-frame building will feature exterior limestone and slate stonework Aluminum fin walls, fascia and an entry canopy mark the entrance. The two-story lobby area utilizes stone and maple woodwork and trim.
Scott Cairns of Smith Consulting Architects is serving as principal-in-charge, with Gary Baker as project designer, Jon Ohlson as project architect and Grant Evans as job captain. Hope Engineer is the structural engineering firm. Swinerton Builders is the general contractor.
