The $30-million office development is currently under construction, with completion slated for the end of this year. When completed, it will encompass 170,000 sf. Plans for the two-story structure call for an L-shaped building with an all-glass exterior. The facility will also include broadband Internet and data transmission capability, cable television and fiber optics connections. The office development is on La Cienega Boulevard, near the intersection of the 405 and 105 freeways.
Cross Pointe is being developed by Overton Moore Properties, one of the five largest developers in LA County, and the real estate investment firm Pacific Coast Capital. Los Angeles-based Nadel Architects designed the project.
