The 64-unit Camelot Mesa apartment complex is located at 10208 Maya Linda Rd. near Miramar College, west of Interstate 15. Escrow closed Mar. 29 for $6.46 million. Apartment sales have been hot throughout the county, as soaring demand and limited supply have sent rents and returns on investments skyrocketing over the last year.
Grubb & Ellis SVP Jon Busse represented the buyer, Diamond I CA LLC, a limited-liability corporation whose principals include Janis & Wayne Loftus. The sellers, Mr. & Mrs. Velimir Petakovich, represented themselves.
