Built between 1978 and 1982 the 573,530-sf project consists of three buildings along Loop Central Drive. Loop Central One has 175,415 sf, Loop Central Two has 197,606 sf and Loop Central Three has 197,469 sf. Jacobs had occupied 20,653 sf in building one, 195,063 sf in building two and 77,105 sf in building three.

Yvonne Conklin, leasing agent with Kennedy-Wilson International who is handling on-site leasing for the project, tells GlobeSt.com the Uptown Galleria building leases at $18 per sf on a five-year lease. Conklin says talks are underway with possible major tenants to fill the site, which boasts live fiber-optic communications lines.

Just last week, medical provider HHS Texas Management LP, had inked a deal for 28,511sf in Loop Central One. W9/LWS II Real Estate LP owns the buildings.
