HOUSTON-The move of Jacobs Engineering to its new owner-occupied building at Beltway 8 and Bellaire has left Loop Central in the Uptown Galleria submarket with a combined vacancy of 326,310 sf.

Built between 1978 and 1982 the 573,530-sf project consists of three buildings along Loop Central Drive. Loop Central One has 175,415 sf, Loop Central Two has 197,606 sf and Loop Central Three has 197,469 sf. Jacobs had occupied 20,653 sf in building one, 195,063 sf in building two and 77,105 sf in building three.
