Senior Freddie Mac Manager Joins NMHC

WASHINGTON, DC-David B. Cardwell will join the National Multi Housing Council as its vice president of finance and technology. Most recently he had been Freddie Mac's senior manager of product development.

WASHINGTON, DC-The National Multi Housing Council has named David B. Cardwell vice president of finance and technology, effective May 7. Cardwell comes to the NMHC after serving with Freddie Mac as a senior manager.

At the NMHC, Cardwell will be responsible for apartment housing and finance issues, including private capital markets and federal housing finance programs. He will also lead the council’s technology initiatives, managing its technology conferences and producing information on using technology to improve apartment operations and resident satisfaction. He will also participate in the joint legislative program of the NMHC and the National Apartment Association.
