Stiles Capital Hires GE Capital Associate as Finance Director

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Nick Banks moves into key slot at Stiles Corp. division where he will be involved in all company developments, acquisitions and sales. Fort Lauderdale is 26 miles north of Miami.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Stiles Capital Group has hired Nick Banks as its director of finance and dispositions. Banks is a former associate director in the Boca Raton offices of GE Capital where he helped underwrite several large portfolio deals.

Banks, a University of Florida graduate, takes charge of coordinating and negotiating all construction and permanent financing on properties that Stiles Corp. identifies for development and acquisition.

Besides developing and maintaining lender relationships. Banks will manage the company’s investment-sale process, which includes the identification of potential buyers, working with investment sales brokers, negotiating sales terms and overseeing various legal and financial issues.
