Located at 505 S. Main St., the a 12-story Class A office building has undergone an extensive $2.5 million interior and exterior renovation. With these leases the property is now more than 94% occupied.
The other recent tenants include Integrated Research, St. Joseph Health Foundation, the Law Offices of Patrick O'Keefe, the Law Offices of Maher & Maher, and Parsons, Brinkerhoff, Quade & Douglas. In all, the six new tenants have leased more than 45,000 sf of the building.
The property is located in close proximity to the Mainplace Santa Ana regional shopping mall, St. Joseph Hospital, and Children's Hospital of Orange County.
Tom Abel and Kevin Teel of CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office are the leasing agents on the project.
