Title Company Latest to Ink Deal at Upgraded Building

ORANGE, CA-North American and five other companies have leased more than 45,000 sf of Class A office space at the Orange Commerce Tower.

ORANGE, CA-North American Title Company, which signed a six-year lease for 12,497 sf of the Orange Commerce Tower, has just occupied the new leased space with the completion of tenant improvements. The lease to North American, along with five other recent leases on the property, are valued at a total consideration exceeding $5 million.

Located at 505 S. Main St., the a 12-story Class A office building has undergone an extensive $2.5 million interior and exterior renovation. With these leases the property is now more than 94% occupied.

The other recent tenants include Integrated Research, St. Joseph Health Foundation, the Law Offices of Patrick O’Keefe, the Law Offices of Maher & Maher, and Parsons, Brinkerhoff, Quade & Douglas. In all, the six new tenants have leased more than 45,000 sf of the building.
