Jonathan L. Kaylor has been promoted to senior vice president of leasing. Kaylor, who joined Boston Properties in 1998, is responsible for overseeing all leasing and marketing activities for the company's Washington, DC portfolio.
Debra G. Moses, the new senior vice president of legal affairs, joined the company in 1987. She will continue to manage major financings, leasing activities, and other legal work for the Washington, DC region.
Steve Morken has been promoted to senior construction manager. Morken, who has been with Boston Properties since 1998, has been responsible for nearly 500,000 sf of development projects and is currently involved in several new projects in the Washington, DC region.
Valde Kuzdzal has been named construction manager responsible for the New Dominion Technology Park, Reston Corporate Center parking garage and Broad Run development projects. He has been with the company since 1997.
Boston Properties is a REIT with a diverse portfolio of class-A office, industrial and hotel properties, concentrated in four core markets: Boston, Midtown Manhattan, Washington, DC and San Francisco. In the DC market, it owns approximately 10 million sf of office space with an additional 1.35 million sf under development.
