Owned by Sithe North America, the project consists of two facilities, the Mystic Project, a 1,600-megawatt combined-cycle facility, and the Fore River Project, an 800-megawatt combined-cycle facility. Duke/Fluor Daniel is providing the EPC services to Raytheon under a cost-plus fee-type contract.
