The Promenade is part of East West's $100-million Riverfront Park project. It is within walking distance of places such as the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, Elitch Gardens amusement park and hundreds of restaurants of bars in restaurants in LoDo, including the new 30-acre Commons Park.
M.A. Mortenson, the general contractor, is scheduled to complete the $20-million, 137,000-sf project this fall. Architect Peter Dominick of the Urban Design Group Inc. has designed the Promenade Lofts.
Many of the units are priced at more than $300 per sf, carrying end price tags ranging from about $250,000 up to $2 million. East West's project includes retail businesses such as a health club, restaurant, coffee shop, dry cleaner, bank, spa and wine shop and residential real estate office.
