The Sotos, owners of Norotos, a manufacturing firm, plan to expand their business to the new facility once the remaining two years of a lease with National Aircraft, an aerospace manufacturing firm, expires. Located at 3200 Halladay St., the facility is nearby the current facility owned by Norotos. The Sotos plan to also keep their current facility on Alton St.
Kevin Thomas and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office represented the family trust as leasing agents for its portfolio of real estate assets. Thomas and Snyder represented both parties in the sales transaction.
