Caldwell Watson Now Has In-House Architect

HOUSTON-Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has added yet another key player to its staff. This time, it's an in-house architect. He will be help guide project architect decisions and set a smooth course for commercial developments.

Mark Carter will help with company decisions to select appropriate architects for projects and set a smooth development course. Caldwell Watson believes the addition of a corporate architect also will solidify a desired reputation for timeliness in an untimely industry.

Carter's most recent experience is in the restaurant industry. He also has worked with Ken R. Harry Associates Inc., A/E Technologies Inc. and Paul Addington & Associates.
