"The South Coast Metro area continues to be a popular choice for expanding and relocating businesses," says Doug Anderson, VP of development for Transwestern. "This much-anticipated retail center will complement the surrounding office facilities, while enhancing the work environment."

Designed by the Irvine-based architectural firm of Lundstrom & Associates, the L-shaped building will feature a 25-foot tower. When completed the plaza will feature a food court and other retail services.

Confirmed tenants include Rubio's Baja Grill, Togo's, Sbarro Italian Eatery, Dragon Bowl, Alicia's Flowers, Nutri-Sports, Inc. Daphne's and @The Cleaners. All leases range from five to 10 years in length.

Greg May, SVP for Transwestern Commercial Services and Kevin Maguire of Maguire and Associates are marketing the project. Transwestern will also serve as property manager on the new retail plaza.
