The dividends are as follows: outstanding common stock, 30 cents a share; series B preferred stock, 81 cents a share; series C preferred stock, 81 cents a share; series D preferred stock, 66 cents a share; series E preferred stock, 64 cents a share; series F preferred stock, 79 cents a share; series G preferred stock, 75 cents a share and series H preferred stock, 68 cents a share.
The 30-cent quarterly dividend on common stock is the same as the previous quarter. The dividend will be paid to stockholders as of Apr. 30, to be paid on May 25. For the preferred stocks, registered holders as shown on the corporation's books at the close of business on June 16, 2001, will be paid for the period from and including March 31, 2001 but excluding June 30, 2001, to be payable on June 30.
