Greve is responsible for creation of the Auburn Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, and as a result, the major contaminated sites in the city are now receiving significant interest from the development community.

Greve has more than 13 years of municipal management experience, including a strong background in economic development, planning, grant procurement and tax increment financing. He is also an expert in the implementation and ongoing management of local government brownfield programs.

In the past 13 years, Greve has developed a large network of professional contacts in both state and local government, contacts that can be put to work on behalf of the client. He is aligned with other leaders in the development field including environmental, architectural, engineering, real estate, accounting and legal professionals.

Greve has a bachelor's degree in Public Administration with a minor in criminal justice from Grand Va11ey State University. He earned his master's degree in public administration also from Grand Valley State University in1990.
