Former Auburn Hills Manager Goes Private

AUBURN HILLS, MI-Patrick Greve takes his expertise of brownfields as well as in economic development, planning, grant procurement and tax increment financing to AKT Peerless Environmental Services.

AUBURN HILLS, MI-Patrick Greve has joined AKT Peerless Environmental Services as government services coordinator. Before joining the company, Greve served as assistant city manager for the city of Auburn Hi1ls, one of the fastest developing cities in Michigan.

Greve is responsible for creation of the Auburn Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, and as a result, the major contaminated sites in the city are now receiving significant interest from the development community.

Greve has more than 13 years of municipal management experience, including a strong background in economic development, planning, grant procurement and tax increment financing. He is also an expert in the implementation and ongoing management of local government brownfield programs.
