Affinity will use the facility as a credit union bank, client service center and for general office space. It will include a cafeteria, exercise room and branch bank with vault, a three-teller drive-through window and an ATM machine.
The center is located at Exit 33 on I-78. Gale & Wentworth is constructing six class-A office buildings there ranging in size from 58,000 sf to 212,000 sf. 300 Mountain View, a 130,000-sf building, is scheduled for completion his spring, while 400 Mountain View, a 160,000-sf structure, should be finished in the second quarter of 2002.
The Gale & Wentworth Construction Services team consists of Dennis Thompson, Jim Harmon, Ed Sedlock and Ron Soranno.
