The dozen lease transactions were signed for space at GHP's 170 Hamilton Ave., 297 Knollwood Road and 7-11 South Broadway properties.
At 170 Hamilton Ave., 25-Hour Check Cashing recently signed a lease for 3,500 sf of space and will be relocating its headquarters from Chicago. Jay Reynolds of Prudential Rand Realty represented 25-Hour in the transaction. Also at that property, Victor S. Traeger & Co. renewed its lease on a long-term basis.
GHP reports that at its 297 Knollwood Road building, Radio Shack Corp. signed a long-term lease for 2,000 sf of space for a regional sales office. Victor Benel of Aries, Deitch and Endelson represented the retailer.
Other deals at the property include: Metro Transportation Co., which relocated from Elmsford, Houlihan-Parnes, a national real estate firm, which moved from Scarsdale to 1,200 sf of space and Prime Care Consultants, which renewed its lease for 1,700 sf.
