Beachcomber Hot Tubs Inc. signed the 10-year lease for space at 1204 Park Center Dr. The building owner was Moxie/Jack III LLC, withJerry Sarazin as the managing member.
Henry Zahner of Colliers International and Bob Saltzman of Lee & Associates represented the lessee. Jerry Sarazin, also of Colliers International, represented the owner.
Beachcomber will occupy one of the two buildings that comprise the new 64,481-sf center, hich was completed last month.
TFW Construction Inc. was the general contractor. Designed by Salerno/Livingston Architects Inc., the complex features grade-level and dock high loading, a 3,700-sf mezzanine and a 24-foot clear height in the warehouse/manufacturing area. The project architect was Ron Gross.
