Jeff Pittman, a CB Richard Ellis broker, tells GlobeSt.com that the metal warehouse had been the former distribution location for Paris-Gourmet. Paris-Gourmet distributes European food labels such as Patisfrance, Siebin and Grand Mariner.

Pittman says the building is about 20 years old and has 5,000 sf of office space. It is a climate-controlled, freestanding building with a dock well. Pittman says these amenitiesmade for a quick sale.

This had been an unusual sale for Pittman since there are not many warehouses in the Heights, a historic, mostly residential district near downtown. Advertised leasing rates for freestanding buildings of this size and age range from $12.50 per sf to $17.50 per sf. Ron Roberson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has represented the buyer.
