"The areas north and west of Atlanta are rapidly growing and are a matter of focus first," Integrated CEO David Rich tells GlobeSt.com. A recent series of market studies in Norcross, GA and Alpharetta, GA show potential for the success of broadband in metro Atlanta and the rest of the state.

"We are going to expand in multi-dwellings first in Florida," he says. Integrated is negotiating with several 1,500-unit complexes in Florida to introduce the service.

"We will then come in with an acquisition strategy when it comes to Atlanta," Rich says. "We'll find the right people with the right strategic alliances and have a merger and acquisition team roll up those companies for us."

Rich says it usually takes about six to nine months to ramp a new service area and did not have any specific number projections for the Georgia area.

Integrated's programs have grown in the past three years, giving the company $3 million in sales last year. This year, the firm expects to net about $10 million without any acquisitions and $40 to $70 million in the following years.

Integrated provides new construction residential, condo and multi-dwelling communities with high-speed Internet access and digital video.

Before its initial entrance into Georgia and the Carolina's this year, Integrated will establish offices in Ft. Meyers, and Orlando. The new 15,000 sf Orlando location will serve as the firm's national headquarters to allow for the Georgia and Carolina's expansions, Rich tells GlobeSt.com.

Integrated recently partnered with StreetIQ of Millbrae, CA to strengthen its investor relations program with a series of interactive company awareness campaigns as it eyes more markets. It announced last month that it will work with Nokia to begin beta testing its new wireless broadband services in Florida.
