Located at 20431 Barents Sea Circle, the building has already been leased to Rapid Conn Inc., a computer chip manufacturing company. The three-year lease is valued at $600,000. The concrete tilt-up building includes 2,500 sf of office space, two loading doors and parking for 24 cars.

Andhi Wiranantha of Indo Realty in Walnut, CA represented the buyer. Michael Sanders, of Resource Commercial Real Estate Inc., represented the tenant, Rapid Conn.
