The complex, La Verne Retail Center, has been acquired by Brown Associates II LLC. At the time of sale the property was occupied by Rite-Aid, Auto Zone and Carl's Jr. The center stands on a 5.29-acre parcel at 1400-1480 Foothill Blvd.

John Kiley, of Kahl & Goevia represented the seller, F & W Development. A Sperry Van Ness brokerage team, consisting of Reza Etedali and Mehran Foroughi, represented the buyer.
