The 211,036-sf building is situated on 5.9 acres and was rehabilitated to accommodate high-tech companies with heavy power needs. Rehabilitation was also geared to employee comfort and amenities. "Modern office facilities must account for and relieve the stresses of the people who work within them," says Seeve, noting that the center has on-site dining facilities and a health club. The facility also has a back-up generator farm in the basement.
Mountain Technology Center received its first tenant, Allied Office Products, in December. Several new lease signings are in the offing.
