Once the 250,000-sf facility in Willmar is vacated, it will be put up for sale, according to companyofficials. AGCO also says it will close down the newly acquired Ag-Chem manufacturing facility in Benson, MN, and the administrative office in Minnetonka, MN. About 330 workers will be affected by the office and plant closings; an undisclosed number will be offered jobs to remain with the company.
