In an unrelated lease transaction, Koll Bren Schreiber's Armand Plaza in Clear Lake has landed a 10,764-sf lease expansion with tenant, Alert Technologies. Based in Houston, Alert provides web-based management solutions for corporations and the government. The original lease totaled 5,236 sf.
Armand Plaza is located at 16441 Space Center Blvd. near Bay Area Boulevard in Clear Lake, a southeastern suburb of Houston. The property has four buildings comprising 64,000 sf. Doug Little of PM Realty Group has represented the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors.
