Demographic information reveals that the majority of buyers are married and in their thirties. Almost 90% are previous homeowners and more than 60% are in the finance and investment fields, according to Jacqueline Korman-Urgo, director of marketing at Marketing Directors.
220 Riverside Boulevard is being developed by Trump in association with several international development companies in Hong Kong. The 49-story building is part of Trump Place, a residential community on the West Side adjacent to Riverside Park. The total sellout value of the tower is expected to reach $450 million. Homes in the tower range from 550-sf studios to 2,868-sf four-bedroom apartments. Prices start at $335,000 for a studio and go up to more $3.5 million for a four-bedroom.
Amenities include a private landscaped courtyard; private club and spa with a glass-enclosed terrace room, an indoor swimming pool; a whirlpool spa and sauna; an exercise room; a children's play room; a private function room; a billiard room and club sitting room; 24-hour concierge; video monitoring systems; and an on-site attended garage.
