NEW YORK CITY-The homeless may be losing beds in NYC, but if you’ve got wads of cash, finding a place to hang your hat should be no problem–and it isn’t. In only six months, over half of the 440 apartment homes at 220 Riverside Boulevard at Trump Place have been sold. “The stock market is not affecting our sales at all,” says Adrienne Albert, president of Marketing Directors.

Demographic information reveals that the majority of buyers are married and in their thirties. Almost 90% are previous homeowners and more than 60% are in the finance and investment fields, according to Jacqueline Korman-Urgo, director of marketing at Marketing Directors.
