Jarmel Kizel Completes 200,000-SF Facility for ADP

PARSIPPANY, NJ-ADP recently took occupancy of a 200,000-sf office building at 15 Waterview Blvd. The four-story facility is home to the company's major accounts division and its approximately 350 employees.

Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, along with ADP's in-house design staff, created a sophisticated image for the company. Kizel also provided ADP with space planning, architectural and engineering documentation and construction drawings. The space design was integrated into ADP's design standards.

Kizel and ADP's design associates created executive offices, a boardroom, a cafeteria, a training center and a data center for the new building.
