Seville Classics' new HQ will stand on a 15-acre parcel on Harbor Gate Road, just south of 190th Street. It will include about 21,000 sf of office space, as well as more than 100,000 sf of industrial and warehouse space.
Seville imports, makes and distributes items ranging from shelving systems to fans and umbrellas. It will relocate from 13113 Figueroa St. next month.
Himes, Peters, Jepson Architects of Tustin is the firm designing the project. Oltmans Construction Co. of Whittier is the general contractor.
