Called Park Orangewood, An Office Complex, the property is located at intersection of the 57 freeway and Orangewood Ave. adjacent to the home of the Anaheim Angels baseball team. Sited on 5.4 acres of land, the complex consists of 11 freestanding buildings that are 100% leased to tenants such as Kodak and Pediatrix Medical Group.

"The acquisition was ideal for Marquis since the company already owns $10 million of property in the stadium area," says broker Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office.

Tomaselli, along with broker Mitch Zehner from the same office of Voit, represented both the buyer and the seller, The Muller Company. Voit represented the former owner when the property was bought back in 1997.
