Puget Sound Properties Aligns with Binswanger

SEATTLE-The partnership between Binswanger/CBB and Puget Sound Properties Commercial Real Estate Services LLC is another prime example of a competent local firm gaining the exposure, network and management of an established national firm with strong international ties.

SEATTLE-Transaction management, the buzz that originated in residential property sales and trickled its way into commercial, made the difference for a respected Puget Sound brokerage in aligning with a Philadelphia-based kingpin.

“We had a lot of chances to partner with larger firms,” said Eric Postle of Bellevue-based Puget Sound Properties Commercial Real Estate, LLC. “But Binswanger allowed us to maintain the level of service we have in the area while giving us more support in corporate services.”

Binswanger/CBB and Puget Sound Properties Commercial Real Estate Services, L.L.C. announced the formation of Binswanger/Puget Sound Properties, a joint venture serving Washington State. The PSP agency’s main focus has been in the Interstate 5 corridor from Everett to Tacoma. The company has 14 agents and has been a primary player in the bulging Puget Sound office and industrial market the past six years.
