180,000-SF Office, Retail Asset Is About to Come Out of the Ground

SOUTHFIELD, MI-A new $2.6-million building will expand on the existing 425,000-sf One Towne Square, providing more office space and retail areas in this suburb's thriving City Center on Northwestern Highway.

SOUTHFIELD, MI-Redico, a full service real estate development and management company, will break ground during the second quarter on the second office tower of its Oakland Towne Square development. Oakland Towne Square is located in the heart of Southfield’s thriving City Center area on Northwestern Highway just east of Lahser Road.

Scheduled for fall 2002 occupancy, Two Towne Square will be a nine-story,180,000 square foot office tower connected to the existing 425,000-sf, 18- story One Towne Square and its full service retail concourse.

The new project will be built in the $140 to $150 per sf price range, at more than $2.6 million total, said John Fricke from Signature Associates of Southfield, the leasing agent.
