Emsig Manufacturing Corp., a provider of buttons and trims for the garment industry, has inked a deal for 19,000 sf of space at 10-40 45th St. The site was chosen for its proximity to both Manhattan and Long Island.
Brian Siegel of NAI Lawrence Group represented the button maker while Jack Isenberg of Greiner-Maltz spoke for the building owner, Maxim Holding Co. The lease is for a 10-year term.
