GHP also reports that Prime Care Consultants, a private health care provider, renewed its lease of 1,700 sf on a long-term basis at the company's 297 Knollwood Road building. That property is a four-story, 35,000 sf building, while 7-11 South Broadway has five floors and 74,100 sf.
James J. Houlihan, a principal of GHP Office Realty, says the company is seeing a good deal of activity at its properties. "Despite recent news releases forecasting a slowdown of activity, we have found that well located, well priced buildings that are managed by local professionals, who really care about the tenants and the properties, are increasingly sought after by corporate users," he says.
