David Klein of BT Commercial represents First World. The company was lucky enough to have a real estate professional understand their needs and move quickly to make the transaction happen without having to go through a possible lawsuit related to issues revolving primarily around construction delays.
Landing Global to take the lease on the third floor of the building, First World is no longer hanging by a thread with a lease it does not want. Klein is said to have worked out a lease termination agreement thereby allowing Global Crossing to move ahead and lease the building at no cost to First World.
