The $50-million-plus tower would be built at the southwest corner of Cherry Creek Drive South and Cherry Street. It's the privately held Hanover Co.'s first project in Colorado.Units in the 320,000-sf building will range in size from 800 sf to 1,500 sf. Monthly rents in the luxury complex are estimated between $1,300 to $4,000.

Secured parking in an attached five-story parking garage, fitness and aerobic center, a pool, spa, Internet café and concierge service will be among the amenities in the 265-foot tall tower. Units will feature 10-foot high ceilings, granite counter tops and custom kitchen cabinets. The project will increase the number of apartment units in Glendale by almost 10%. The project, to be built in phases, will deliver in February 2003.
