Patrick Murphy, executive director and head of New Jersey operations for Insignia/ESG, sees the benefits of a partnership on a philosophical level as both firms share a strategic and consultative approach toward brokerage services.In June 2001, Insignia/ESG will open its central NJ office in Two Tower Center in East Brunswick. Insignia/ESG's central Jersey office and industrial brokerage staff as well as Buschman, whose Princeton office will remain the main operating office, will utilize this space. The Princeton office will be used by Insignia/ESG as well.
