Insignia/ESG Gets Together With Buschman Partners

PRINCETON, NJ-Insignia/ESG's New Jersey office has formed an alliance with Buschman Partners, the dominant commercial real estate force here. At some point down the line Buschman may become a part of Insignia.

PRINCETON, NJ-Insignia/ESG of New Jersey and Buschman Partners have formed a partnership. They will coordinate sales efforts to increase market share and revenues but will remain separate entities. Buschman hopes the alliance will help them better serve better clients throughout the US, while Insignia/ESG aims to raise its profile in Princeton. Buschman was founded 30 years ago by John Buschman in northern NJ.

“In addition to office and industrial brokerage services, our clients will now benefit from Insignia/ESG’s financial consulting, capital advisors, property management, hotel and corporate services and fee development services,” says John Buschman, managing partner and head of operations. “Long term, we believe this alliance will lead to Buschman Partners officially becoming a part of the Insignia/ESG organization.”
