New Office Building Opens at Ocean Ranch Village

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-Shea Properties has completed the 45,000-sf Class A office building at Ocean Ranch Village and will complete a 12,600-sf retail building there soon.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-Aliso Viejo, CA-based Shea Properties has completed construction of the Ocean Village II office building, a tri-level 45,000-sf Class A structure.

Located within a well-tenanted shopping center at the corner of Golden Lantern and Camino del Avion, The First Team/First Estates real estate firm is set to occupy 7,000 sf of the building’s plaza level this month. The lower level of the office building, totaling 17,500 sf, is already leased to 24-Hour Fitness Sports Club. The building’s plaza level features a total of 13,820 sf, with the upper level also offering 13,820 sf.

Shea is also nearing completion of an adjacent 12,600-sf retail building in the Ocean Ranch Village II center. Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, which signed a 10-year lease tooccupy 6,500 square feet of space, has already opened its doors for business.
