HOUSTON-GEA of Texas Inc. is moving into I10 Business Park at 9434 Old Katy Rd. in west Houston.

GEA will take 7,073 sf of gross industrial space in the building. GEA of Texas is a Houston-based high-technology distributor.

Built in 1982, the industrial warehouse has 62,456 sf with 14-foot clear heights and floor plates ranging from 3,000 sf to 5,000 sf. The space leases for approximately 50 cents per sf. Doug Bates of Grubb & Ellis Co. is the representative for GEA in the pact. James Gallagher has acted for his firm, the building owner, Warehouse Associates.
